After you’ve finished applying two coats of color, apply OPI Top Coat for that beautiful, shining finish.Three steps to perfect nails!
1). Apply one coat of OPI Natural Nail Base Coat.
2). Apply one or two coats of your favorite OPI Nail Lacquer.
3). To finish, apply one coat of OPI Top Coat.
